RULE Freedom Of Information Act 1982 - Section 13 (1)(a) PROVIDES
section 13 (1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 applies ONLY IF
the document is in the memorial collection within the meaning of the Australian War Memorial Act 1980

the document is in the collection of library material maintained by the National Library of Australia
