Discharge of bankruptcy
Contributed by Ian Macdonald and current to 1 September 2005 Normally, a bankruptcy lasts for three years. It means that the bankruptcy comes to an end.The person is no longer bankrupt, and has again all the legal freedoms of a non-bankrupt person.
