        the item requested is a document AND
        Freedom of Information Act 1982 s11 (1)(a) applies AND/OR
        Freedom of Information Act 1982 s11 (1)(b) applies

DAEMON the item requested is a document PROVIDES
IF the item requested is a document THEN the name of the document requested IS the name of the item requested

RULE Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) s11 (1)(a) PROVIDES
    Freedom of Information Act 1982 s11 (1)(a) applies ONLY IF
        the document requested is a document of an agency AND
        the document requested is not an exempt document

RULE Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) s11 (1)(b) PROVIDES
    Freedom of Information Act 1982 s11 (1)(b) applies ONLY IF
        the document requested is an official document of a Minister AND
        the document requested is not an exempt document
