internal package FlexPaperPlugin

initPlugin($topic, $web, $user) -> $boolean

init()

FLEXPAPER($session, $params, $theTopic, $theWeb) -> $string

stub for FLEXPAPER to initiate the core before handling the macro

FLEXPAPERINIT()

just triggers the init of the core
